At ROSE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at
support@rosedailyshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened personal care, LED, or electronic products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous items (such as flammable or spray products)

The easiest option is to return the original product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund without providing a reason.

Conditions apply:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
